Storage Tips:
Keep them cool and moist in a ventilated cooler or container, never sealed. Cover with a damp towel or newspaper and store with plenty of ice (avoid direct ice contact) or fridge between 45-55°F. Do not submerge in water. Cook within 24 hours for best results.
